That's where our work begins
The part that usually surprises leaders when we first speak is what I don't do: I won't tell you how to solve it.
In my experience the people with the problem already hold most of the answer. It's just buried under time pressure, obscured by incomplete information, and seemingly inaccessible when viewed from within.
My work is to create the conditions under which the answer can surface. That takes systems thinking, and results in a decision you can act on.
Beyond that, I bring my own technical background. When your problem sits in carbon accounting, traceability, or climate finance, I can go deep with you. When it hinges on who else needs to be in the room, I usually know them.
